Our aim is for churches, including pastoral leadership, in consultation with church leaders and laity, to conduct thorough community research and needs assessments. This involves collecting detailed information on key community resources, organizations, institutions, and leaders. By understanding the assets within our community, we can prevent duplicating efforts and instead form strategic collaborations that enhance our collective impact.
