Bishop Jackson is excited to share that Ingleside has officially launched an Accredited Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program, led by Rev. Dr. Roslyn Sellman. This program offers new opportunities for spiritual growth, ministerial development, and leadership in our faith communities. Scholarships are available for AMEC members. Delegate N. Scott Phillips proudly supports 10th District students through the annual Maryland House of Delegates Scholarship Program. Eligible district residents can receive financial aid for higher education, with funding provided by the Maryland Higher Education Commission. Due to limited funds, early application is encouraged. The deadline for 2025-26 applications is Friday, May 9th. Delegate Phillips is committed to assisting as many eligible students as possible.
